 $28,500

This Columbia 45 moored in Newport, Oregon is in very good condition for her age (built in 1974). Click on photos or expand videos for better viewing.

The centerpiece of this vessel (shown in the next video below) is the 80hp Yanmar turbo diesel engine with less than 300 hours.  But other noteworthy items include:

Radar
GPS chartplotter
VHF
Autopilot
Depth
large winches
Five batteries
Recent stainless standing rigging
Mainsail only used a dozen times
Headsail older but serviceable
Lots of tools and spare parts (filters, tackle, halyards, bottom paint, etc)
Safety equipment (flares, signals, bell, horns, etc)
Multiple first aid kits
AC power and voltage regulator
1500w inverter
Over 300 gallons of fresh water storage in three tanks
230 gallons of diesel in two tanks (currently carrying about 200 gallons)
Fire extinguishers galore
Life jackets of varying sizes and some foul weather gear
Stereo (CD and iPod)
Flat screen TV with DVD player
Two heads (forward manual, aft Vacuflush with holding tank)
Shower (aft)
Sleeps 7 or more in two private rooms, convertible dining table, fold out couch.
Four burner gas stove and overhead oven
Microwave
Refrigerator
Cookware, utensils, coffemaker, espresso machine, toaster, popcorn maker, blah, blah . . .
Space heaters
Pressure water
Two hanging lockers
Furniture in very good condition
Three anchors

Some things don't work:
Water maker (but with 350 gallons of storage do you really need it? Besides, it's old technology and a power hog)
Onan generator (was a critical component back when the water maker worked but the alternator on the main diesel combined with the battery banks seems sufficient)
Wind speed and direction gauges (the sending units on top of the mast blew off and have not been replaced)
Boat needs new hot water heater
